Inside of our large manufacturing facility, specially equipped for the fabrication of high caliber and fully automated industrial ovens and furnaces, we design and build custom solutions to meet your exact requirements for applications such as stress relieving, annealing, and tempering.

Fabricated from the highest quality carbon and stainless steels with wall thickness up to 1", we are capable of producing industrial furnaces that reach temperatures up to 2,400 °F with air flows from 60-60,000 CFM circulating at air change ratios up to 50:1. Ceramic insulation up to 18" in thickness and precision, modern technology controls ensure uniform temperatures, optimal quench speeds, and provide the ability to survey at low and high temperature in the same furnace. Polymer quenching, is offered as an environment-friendly alternative to oil-based solutions, it is also available as a retrofit option for your existing equipment. We conduct uniformity surveys, along with airflow and quenchant testing to guarantee the operating integrity of all equipment we manufacture.
