CHE Furnaces was asked to design and manufacture a Burnout Furnace for the solid waste industry. This system will take 2,000 pounds of solid hazardous waste per batch and reduce it to ash safely on a continuous cycle basis. This system was designed with gas fired burners, high temperature refractories and a high temperature suction fan. This system has an operating temperature range of 1000 to 2000 °F. The entire system was designed, fabricated, and assembled on site at our Anaheim, CA facility by AWS certified welders.
